This month we have been making a huge list on butcher paper of the things we are thankful for across our wall. Every night, each of us comes up with at least one thing that each of us is thankful for. The only rule is that we can't repeat what has already been written down. We have loved our list as it has helped us appreciate at least one of the tender mercies for that day. Every family member contributes to the list before bed. We have enjoyed cultivating an attitude of gratitude all month and the increased joy we have felt.
