The most anticipated day of the year has come and gone. (I am not referring to the premier of TWILIGHT) Every year the OHSU school of dentistry puts together an epic clash of classes called the Turkey Bowl. And for the last 3 years since I have been in dental school, my boys from the class of 2009 have strapped up their cleats, tied on some flags and destroyed the competition. The pressure was all on us Saturday to become 4-peat champions. Our first game against the freshmen was by far our greatest challenge. At the half we were down 1-3. We made some adjustments, changed to a man-up defense, and outscored our opponents 3-0 in the second half to get into the championship game. The sophomores had defeated the juniors in their first game for a shot at us for first place. They put a valiant effort but, never even put our 4th straight Turkey Bowl championship in jeopardy as we won 6-0. Here is a photo tribute to some of my boys who I have had a absolute blast being in dental school with and enjoying some flag football with on a regular basis. I can't imagine dental school without these guys and I will miss you all a ton when it is all over. I LOVE THESE GUYS.

Turkey Bowl Champs Once Again

That's one of the best collections of white legs I've seen in years!
Congrats on the championship, and the fourpeat. Wow. Hopefully there were no concussions. :) I'm sure Kenny and Jon would be up for some flag ball at Christmas if you are.
I agree about the white legs and think you have a lot higher contact level than we do when we play. We didn't get to play this year; there were only four of us. But we watched some football and loved our warm weather. Congrats on the championship and let us know when we might see you again. V
It looks like you guys have a blast playing together! Thanks for sharing all the pictures. I watched Ben play on a BYU intermural team so it is fun to visualize you too. Can't wait to see you at Christmas time. :D
What does someone have to do to get in contact with Dr. Campbell? Jeesh, you get 3 extra initials after your name and suddenly you're too good to reply to my email. ;)
Shoot me an email.
